When you book a wedding retreat with us, you get full, private use of the entire 12-cabin property, including the event pavilion, game center, barrel saunas, sports courts, playground, and all the indoor/outdoor spaces that make gathering so easy.
For Weddings of 100 Guests or Fewer
We’re the sweet spot — big enough to host your nearest and dearest, small enough to stay personal and cozy. No giant banquet halls or cookie-cutter timelines. Just real connection, lots of time together, and nature doing half the decorating for you.
Warm. Welcoming. A little adventurous. A lot of togetherness (in the best way).
You get the entire property to yourself — 12 cabins, sleeping up to 72 overnight, plus space for up to ~100 guests total to join for the celebration. Everyone’s together, and everything flows… naturally.
No one is stressed. No one is shuttling across town.

Booking Options (Choose Your Dates)
We host weddings for multi-day celebrations. You choose the days that work best for your group so you can select from one of the three options below:
Thursday - Sunday
- Check in 4pm Thursday
- Check Out 11am Sunday
Sunday - Wednesday
- Check in 4pm Sunday
- Check Out 11am Wednesday

- Check in 4pm Monday

Sample Wedding Retreat Itinerary
Of course you can make this your own, but here are some examples of how you can create a wedding experience at Cabins on the Cumberland.
Day 1
- 4:00 PM → Check-in & welcome
- 6:00 PM → Casual group dinner at our indoor/outdoor event pavilion
- 8:00 PM → Fireside hangout or game center night
Day 2
- 9:00 AM → Breakfast + coffee bar (or mimosas) at our Triplex with riverviews
- 10:30 AM → Pickleball tournament or Other Activities: sauna, river walk, playground
- 12:00 PM → Lunch + free time (perfect time to fish, enjoy yard games or just sit on the front porch and enjoy each other’s company)
- 4:00 PM → Rehearsal + welcome gathering
- 6:00 PM → Pre-wedding dinner or casual catered meal
Day 3 Wedding Day
- 9:00 AM → Coffee + getting-ready morning (Bride in the Triplex, Groom in Cabin 2)
- 1:00 PM → Lunch + photos begin (You have 9 beautiful acres including the river for photos)
- 3:30 PM → Ceremony
- 4:00 PM → Cocktail hour
- 6:00 PM → Dinner & reception at the indoor/outdoor pavilion (or turn the pickleball court into your dance floor)
- 9:00 PM → After-party at the pavilion or game center
Day 4
- 9:00 AM → Farewell breakfast
- 11:00 AM → Checkout
