Important to Note Before Booking
This is a new-build cabin in a development called Cabins on the Cumberland. We are building 11 cabins and an event venue, with full completion expected in 2025. While construction may be visible or audible during your stay, the cabins are well spaced to ensure a quiet and comfortable experience.
The boat ramp is suitable for kayaks, canoes, and small fishing boats (18 feet or less). A 4-wheel drive or all-wheel drive vehicle is required for boat launching due to the gravel ramp.
This is a nature-forward property. You may encounter insects or wildlife during your stay. We provide monthly pest control to manage this respectfully and effectively.
Guests must be at least 21 years old to book unless approved by the hosts in advance.
